Terms of Use
Last updated 24 October 2026
By creating an account or using Parchi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The Parchi team ("we") runs Parchi.
What Parchi is
Parchi is an app that helps small businesses prepare GST invoices and related records. It is an early version, and features may change.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your password private. Only add people to your business who you trust with its records. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you set up.
Your information and your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter: GSTINs, addresses, HSN or SAC codes, rates, quantities, prices and the choice of document type.
- You are responsible for deciding whether and how GST applies to your sales, and for issuing correct invoices, e-way bills, e-invoices and returns where the law requires them.
- You must have the right to use your customers' details for billing, and you must keep records as the law requires.
- Please read the GST Notice, which forms part of these terms.
Issued invoices
Once an invoice is issued it is locked so that records stay reliable. To correct one, cancel it or issue a credit or debit note. Invoice numbers are not reused.
What you must not do
- Use Parchi to issue false or misleading invoices, or for anything unlawful.
- Try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access another business's data.
- Share your account in a way that puts other people's data at risk.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Parchi running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features. Keep your own copies of important records by using the Excel export.
Price
Parchi is currently free to use. If we introduce charges we will tell you first and you can choose whether to continue.
Our responsibility
Parchi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from errors in what you entered, from your choice of tax treatment, from penalties or interest charged by tax authorities, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Parchi and delete your business at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India with jurisdiction will decide any dispute.
